In most cases, Yes! While we can’t guarantee 100% removal in every situation, we do use professional and advanced techniques to achieve the best possible results and set honest expectations up front.
Because these issues require additional time, tools, and product, they’re considered add-on services and will incur additional charges. All pricing is discussed and approved before any work is performed.

All pricing and services are communicated clearly and upfront — no hidden fees or surprises. A 15% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment, with the remaining balance due at completion of service.

We totally understand that things come up. Please provide at least 24hrs notice if you need to reschedule. That allows us to accommodate you as well as our other clients.
Your 15% deposit is non-refundable and applies regardless of whether an appointment is rescheduled, cancelled, or missed. But with proper notice, we’re more than happy to reschedule your appointment.
